The exchange will not be accepted if the products have been-
• Worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
• Lost from their original condition
• Returned without their invoice, original packaging, and price tag

• The product has a major defect issue and the customer is not willing to exchange it with others.
• The product is damaged or lost during shipment.
